Kindergarten Construction and Contracting
Service 2 of 6
Complete kindergarten construction by the Sabouri build team, from structure and finishes to furniture, play equipment and facades, with one person in charge and one schedule.
The gap between a good design and a good kindergarten is construction. The Sabouri Engineering Group build team constructs exactly what the design team has drawn: no middlemen, careful quality control and single-point responsibility.
What we build
- Steel frames, sandwich panels and trusses, and Knauf cement board and gypsum drywall with sound and thermal insulation
- Epoxy and vinyl flooring, stretch ceilings, and linear and SMD lighting
- Graphic murals and three-dimensional wooden features
- Custom furniture, storage, Montessori furniture and play equipment in wood with polyurethane lacquer
- Educational wall games, and adventure and active-play equipment for the yard
- Pools with retractable roofs, and facades that stand up to water and sun
Why design and build with one team
When the designer and the builder are the same, details don't get lost on site, changes are decided faster, and the client has a single point of contact for the whole project.
Frequently asked questions
Are the furniture and play equipment bought ready-made?
In projects like Ghande Asal Kindergarten, every table, chair, storage unit, Montessori piece and game was custom-designed and built; nothing was bought off the shelf.
Do facade and yard materials hold up outdoors?
For outdoor areas we choose sun- and water-resistant materials. On the Ghande Asal facade, for example, every material was chosen so that it would not deteriorate outdoors over time.
Do you build designs drawn by another designer?
Get in touch with us. Once we have reviewed the drawings and visited the site, we can look at whether we can work together.
How long does it take to build a kindergarten?
It depends on the floor area and the scope of work. We provide a construction schedule once the design is finalized.
